Dr. Jack Bayramyan immigrated to the United States from Erevan, Armenia at the age of 12. He didn’t speak English when he arrived, but his love for accelerated learning motivated and influenced him to speak English fluently within a year’s time.

While in dental school at the University of Southern California, Dr. Jack had the opportunity to visit Mexico on a mission trip with his class. That mission became the catalyst and driving force of his career to focus on children’s dentistry and alleviating children’s pain and self-consciousness. He would eventually bring smiles to close to one million children throughout the U.S.

In 2004, he opened his first practice, Kid’s Dental Place. Between 2004 and 2012 he grew his company to eight practices throughout California and Arizona. By 2013, he began scaling back and restructuring to focus on developing self-managing business operating systems, with specific attention to supporting the individual needs of his employees.

His primary focus became developing his teams so they could in turn provide world-class service to their patients. Dr. Jack took a page from Sir Richard Branson’s team-building mantra: “If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your business.” The systems Dr. Jack developed based on this team-building principle grew his organization to $20 million in revenue in less than five years.

By 2019, Dr. Jack merged KDP with Hero Practice Services, a full-service dental support organization. Since that time he has served on the clinical leadership board of HPS and as an advisor for business growth and development.

With the creation of Optimize Practice Services in 2020, Jack is following his passion for team-building by empowering other clinicians to transform into business leaders helping them systematize, scale, and increase the valuation of their practices.
