With more than 15 years of experience as a purpose-driven, strategic and transformational leader, Rebecca has utilized a strong business acumen to drive advanced project management with a focus on strategic planning, vendor management, and effective team building to execute operational success.
In her roles at Hero Practice Services, Rebecca led strategic planning and internal communications; executive and other cross-functional initiatives; and marketing strategy, planning, and execution. This included communications and planning surrounding all aspects of COVID-19 closures, reopening, and employee engagement.
Additionally, she was responsible for planning all aspects of the organization’s annual summit, from site selection to content planning and keynote speechwriting for executives.
Prior to that, Rebecca led and implemented business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing efforts in a multi-site healthcare and professional association spaces. This included website development strategy, vendor management, and execution.
Rebecca holds a master’s degree in Public Communication from American University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh. She is located in Denver, Colorado and is a volunteer partner with Social Venture Partners Denver and a member of Women in Healthcare Denver.
