Spending the last 20 years in the dental industry, she has honed her specialized skillset as a goal-oriented professional with cross-functional experience and knowledge of running every aspect of a dental multi-practice. She has a proven track record of results, focusing on process improvements, implementation and patient satisfaction while maintaining a 98% collection rate.

In 2006, she moved from her first position in the industry to Kids Dental Place. During her tenure at KDP, she led and managed billing, AR, AP and quality control; created and implemented front office systems and processes that drove efficiency; as well as maintained team-focused structures of communication and cohesion.

Her areas of expertise encompass creating, implementing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports to aid operations with goal-tracking. In addition, her responsibilities extend to creating accurate systems for accounts payable to streamline financial tracking and collections.

Currently, as Director of Administration at Optimize Practice Services she oversees, implements and maintains several platforms including tech, finance, software integration, HR and Communications. As a Mexican American immigrant, Jessica connected with the values that Dr. Bayramyan imbued at KDP and continues to espouse at OPS.
