Dr. Diba earned her DDS degree from UCLA, followed by completing an AEGD residency at UCLA Westwood. Monica furthered her dental expertise with a master's degree in Community Oral Health from USC, gaining in-depth knowledge of FQHC operations and HRSA regulations. With extensive experience in FQHC settings, she is excited to bring her expertise to Optimize Practice Alliance, particularly to our FQHC Consulting services.
